e-Hoop Workshop for educators and special educators
On the 20th of November 2015, twenty educators from different educational institutions and parts of Lithuania participated in a one day workshop focusing on the e-Hoop project. The workshop took place at Vytautas Magnus University.
The educators watched the video produced by the e-Hoop team and had a detailed presentation about the project and the e-learning platform. Educators were also provided with informational material about the project. The workshop took place in Kaunas, Lithuania.

e-Hoop @ DISCUSS, the European Platform for Communities of Practice in Lifelong Learning
e-Hoop became a registered member of DISCUSS, a new European Platform for Communities of Practice in Lifelong Learning. The purpose of DISCUSS is to support the development and growth of web-based communities of practice active in the field of Lifelong Learning. The support includes a web-based Community Platform for online dialogue, exchange and collaboration between practitioners, learners, researchers, experts, stakeholders, and decision makers. The platform is explicitly designed as a social network to bring together people working or interested in Lifelong Learning for sharing common interests, concerns and providing mutual support. In 2015 more than 14,000 visitors watched more than 2 million sites on the portal. Within a little more than one month more than 200 visitors read the announcement of e-Hoop.
